Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy At Sparkle & Shine Professional Services, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, late cancellations and rescheduling can leave gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill at short notice. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following booking and cancellation policy. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon. Please ensure that all relevant information regarding the property, access, services required and any special requirements are provided when making your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling The following cancellation fees apply: More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Full refund of any amounts paid 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service may be charged. Same-day cancellation: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-show or unable to access the property: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Property Access It is the client's responsibility to ensure our team can access the property at the agreed booking time. If our team is unable to gain access due to locked doors, incorrect access instructions, unavailable keys or nobody being present when access is required, the booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full booking fee may apply. Regular & Recurring Clients For clients with regular scheduled services, repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in the loss of your regular booking time. We cannot guarantee that the same day or time will remain available if appointments are frequently changed. Late Changes to Services Please let us know as early as possible if you would like to add or remove services from your booking. Additional services are subject to availability and may require additional time and charges. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at management's discretion depending on the circumstances. Cancellations by Sparkle & Shine In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to illness, emergencies, unsafe weather conditions outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange the next suitable available appointment.
