Jess has been part of the action since day one. While she might have the fancy title, she’s certainly not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get stuck into the messy jobs.
She loves seeing a job come together, having a good laugh with the team and making sure clients are happy with the end result.
She may be the one in charge, but she’s never been the type to stand back and watch everyone else do the work. If there’s a job to be done, she’ll be right there in the middle of it cleaning, mowing or taking the calls
By day, she’s the boss at Sparkle & Shine.
By night… well, she’s still the boss — just at a different address.

The man. The myth. The legend. The Yardfather.
Some say he was born holding a whipper snipper. Others say grass stops growing out of respect when he walks past. We don’t know what’s true… but we do know Brett takes his lawns very seriously.
As our Manager and Head Landscaper, Brett is the bloke behind the perfectly cut lawns, trimmed hedges and gardens that have been rescued from the point of no return.
He’s hardworking, laid-back and always up for a challenge. Whether it’s a simple mow or a backyard where the grass is tall enough to require its own postcode, The Yardfather will get stuck in and sort it out.

AKA: The Mop Mafia boss
Sarah is our Manager & Head Cleaner, running the cleaning crew with a sharp eye and the kind of cleaning standards that make dust nervous
She’s the woman you call when the grime has stopped responding to polite requests.
Dust has been disappearing under mysterious circumstances. Soap scum hasn’t been seen in weeks. Several fingerprints were last spotted on a sliding glass door before Sarah arrived. Police have no leads.
When she’s not out cleaning, Sarah’s busy organising the crew, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure every job gets the Sparkle & Shine treatment.
AKA: Spark-Lyn Queen
Lyn doesn’t just clean she Spark-Lyn’s.
Armed with a cloth, a spray bottle and enough determination to make dirt pack its bags voluntarily, Lyn loves nothing more than leaving a room looking fresh, tidy and suspiciously shiny.
She’s hardworking, reliable and always up for a laugh even when faced with a bathroom that clearly woke up and chose violence.
From dust hiding on skirting boards to fingerprints multiplying on glass, Lyn gets stuck in and gets the job done. No fuss, no shortcuts and no crumb left behind.

AKA: Laura the Explorer
Where’s the dirt hiding? Laura will find it. Behind the couch? Yep. Under the bed? Yep. On top of that cupboard nobody has touched since 2007? Also yep. Nothing gets past Laura once she’s on a cleaning mission.
Laura is a friendly, hardworking member of the Sparkle & Shine crew who’s always happy to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in. She brings a great attitude to every job, plenty of laughs to the team and isn’t easily scared off no matter what surprise is waiting behind the furniture.
She loves the satisfaction of seeing a space go from messy to sparkling and takes pride in making sure the job is done properly. Whether she’s tackling a regular house clean or helping the team through a bigger job, you can count on Laura to jump in and get it done.
And just like any good explorer, she never leaves a stone unturned…
AKA: Chlo-ver & Above
Chloe isn’t one to do things by halves she’s all about going Chlo-ver & Above to make sure every job is done properly.
Hardworking, reliable and always ready to get stuck in, Chloe has a talent for turning “where do we even start?” into “wow, is this the same house?” She tackles dirt, dust and mystery marks with determination…
She’s got a great eye for detail, a good sense of humour and isn’t afraid of the bigger jobs
Whether she’s scrubbing, vacuuming or fighting with a stubborn shower screen, Chloe always gives it her best.

AKA: Tiff Happens
Don’t let the name worry you — when Tiff Happens, it’s usually a good thing. Tiffany is hardworking, reliable and always ready to jump in and get the job done. She brings a great sense of humour to the team and somehow manages to keep everyone laughing while still making sure the cleaning gets done properly.
She’s not afraid of a bit of hard work and takes pride in leaving every job looking fresh, tidy and sparkling. Whether she’s tackling bathrooms, kitchens, floors or the fingerprints that magically reappear five minutes after being cleaned, Tiff is onto it.
She’s friendly, down-to-earth and a great person to have on the crew.
